The No. 3 Ohio State Buckeyes knocked off Arkansas State, 45-12 in the first meeting between the two schools in program history.
Sophomore wide receiver Marvin Harrison, Jr. scored three touchdowns through the air, and sophomore running back TreVeyon Henderson added a pair of scores on the ground.
The Buckeye defense held the Red Wolves without a touchdown in the game, and limited them to just over a yard per rush on the ground.
The game also marked the first extended playing time for a number of Buckeye freshmen including RB Dallan Hayden, DE Caden Curry, Omari Abor, and Kenyatta Jackson, and others.
