Just five games into the 2022 season, Ohio State running back Miyan Williams is close to matching his rushing yardage total from 2020 and 2021 combined.
Williams ranks first in the nation among players with more than 50 carries this season, averaging 7.77 yards per rush.
So what has turned him such a breakout star?
Ross Fulton, the Xs and Os guru at BuckeyeHuddle.com, joins host Tom Orr to discuss some of the schematic changes Ohio State has made on offense, as well as some of the traits that Williams has shown that have turned him into a legitimate star.
Plus, a look at what has and hasn’t worked for CJ Stroud recently, how Jim Knowles is bringing the pain up the A-gap for opposing offenses, and a preview of the Ohio State vs. Michigan State game.
