Can Ohio State Flip A 5-Star Alabama Commit?

Ohio State made a big effort to land a commitment from 5-star safety Caleb Downs before the 2023 star ended up pledging to Alabama instead. But with Early Signing Day still more than two months away, there are rumors swirling that the Buckeyes might be able to flip his commitment before all is said and done. Is there any truth to that?
