The Skull Session is here and plenty to talk about as the early National Signing Day is rapidly approaching and the Buckeyes are looking to add to their top-five class.
One of the topics that Ohio State fans want to talk about more than anything is that of defensive line recruiting with the Buckeyes firmly in the mix with three of the top defensive end/rush ends in the nation and hopes of going three-for-three out there.
We cover that, answer a few questions asked by members of BuckeyeHuddle over in The Huddle and so much more.
Here are a few brief excerpts from today’s Skull Session.
With the exception of maybe the Caleb Downs situation, nothing is on the minds of Ohio State recruiting followers more right now than the pursuit of five-star defensive ends Damon Wilson and Keon Keeley.
Both kids look to be closing in on a decision in the coming weeks, if not sooner than that, and were recently visited by both Ryan Day and Larry Johnson during the bye week after making official visits to OSU’s top competition in Alabama (Keeley) and Georgia (Wilson) respectively.
The vibe coming out of those visits and subsequent time spent with Day and Johnson was not as uneasy as Twitter would have you believe (shocking!). Ohio State is still battling hard for both guys and remains very much in the picture.
Again, there are different battles being fought here…
