Wednesday is Early Signing Day for FBS programs across the nation as they officially add members of the 2023 recruiting class to their roster.

But the Michigan Wolverines have already been hard at work adding to their 2023 roster, including five players they’ve brought in through the Transfer Portal.

So why is Jim Harbaugh’s program being so much more aggressive in the portal than Ohio State?
