SOUTH BEND, Ind. — Ohio State has released its availability report ahead of Saturday night’s game at Notre Dame and there are no starters listed among the injured. The only new name on the list from last week is safety Cameron Martinez, who is out this week.
Martinez has been involved in the Buckeyes’ nickel and dime packages this season, though the snaps at nickel have been going to safety Sonny Styles and cornerback Jordan Hancock for most of the season.
Starting safeties Lathan Ransom and Josh Proctor have both been a little banged up already this season, but both are expected to be in the starting lineup for their biggest test of discipline yet.
Fourth-year junior tight end Joe Royer was a late scratch last week but is expected to be available for this game.
Freshman defensive end Arvell Reese is again out this week following an injury against Youngstown State. Redshirt freshman wide receiver Kyion Grayes, senior safety Kourt Williams, freshman defensive tackle Will Smith, Jr., redshirt sophomore tight end Zak Herbstreit, and redshirt sophomore receiver Reis Stocksdale are also listed as out this week.
There are no players listed as questionable.
