The Ohio State Buckeyes jumped out to a 20-0 halftime lead and cruised to a 41-7 win over Purdue to improve to 6-0 on the 2023 college football season.
Kyle McCord threw for 276 yards and three touchdowns, while backup QB Devin Brown entered the game in a new goal line package look and scored a rushing touchdown, and also later threw a 58-yard touchdown pass to freshman WR Brandon Inniss.
The Buckeye defense held the Boilermakers scoreless for the first three quarters of the game, helped in large part by three missed Purdue field goal attempts.
