Ohio State has been relentlessly trying to flip five-star wide receiver Dakorien Moore from LSU over the past several months. The Buckeyes got half way there on Thursday evening when the nation’s top wide receiver prospect decommitted from LSU, posting the announcement on his Twitter page.
Moore has been at the center of one of the most heated recruiting battles in the nation this cycle with Oregon and Texas also working hard to flip the Duncanville (Texas) star.
Moore has not yet announced his official visit schedule, but the expectation is that one will be made to Ohio State at some point.
Moore is a unanimous top five prospect in the 2025 class and is rated the nation’s top wide receiver prospect by every major recruiting service.
