LOS ANGELES — The Ohio State Buckeyes have landed in California in preparation for their College Football Playoff quarterfinal matchup with top-ranked Oregon in the 2025 Rose Bowl.
The Buckeyes arrived at their hotel in downtown Los Angeles on Sunday evening. After the team arrived, linebacker Cody Simon and quarterback Will Howard both held a brief press conference to discuss the matchup, the chance to avenge their 32-31 loss in Eugene earlier in the season, and more.
You can watch all of that in the video embedded at the end of this article.
Players and coaches will take part in the annual Media Day event on Monday morning, before holding a practice on Monday afternoon.
Tuesday morning, OSU head coach Ryan Day and Oregon head coach Dan Lanning will meet with the media for the final time before the game, as they hold a joint press conference.
After that, the focus shifts entirely to the final preparations for the game.
