Ohio State’s season opener at home against Texas on August 30 and regular season closer at Michigan on November 29 will both kick off at 12:00 pm on FOX this season.
Both games were announced as FOX games previously but the kick times had not yet been made public.
Ohio State made an attempt to have the Texas game moved to Sunday night, but Texas declined. There was also hope among the Buckeye fan base that FOX would choose to move the game to 3:30, but that never materialized.
The game against the Longhorns will be the seventh-consecutive noon kickoff for the Buckeyes in the regular season, and the sixth time in the past seven regular season games they will be on FOX.
Four total kick times were announced for the Buckeyes on Thursday.
The September 6 game against Grambling State is set for 3:30 pm and will air on the Big Ten Network. One week later on September 13, the Buckeyes will host the Ohio Bobcats in a 7:00 pm kick that will stream only on Peacock.
Ohio State has also announced that the October 4 homecoming game against Minnesota does not yet have a network or kickoff time.
