Four-star Tennessee tight end Max LeBlanc has announced his commitment to Ohio State.
LeBlanc (6-4 222) committed to the Buckeyes over offers from Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Michigan, and others.
Ranked the No. 13 tight end nationally and the No. 270 prospect in the 2024 class overall, LeBlanc is the first commitment for new Ohio State tight ends coach Keenan Bailey.
LeBlanc caught 39 passes for 695 yards and three touchdowns as a junior last year at Baylor School in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
An effective pass catcher who is often flexed out into the slot, LeBlanc lines up all over the place for Baylor and is productive wherever he is placed.
LeBlanc is now the 11th member of OSU’s 2024 recruiting class. He is the third pass catcher committed so far. He joins 5-star receivers Jeremiah Smith and Mylan Graham. The Buckeyes also have commitments from 4-star running back James Peoples and 4-star quarterback Air Noland.
Ohio State now has nine offensive players committed in a class that head coach Ryan Day said would be “big” earlier in the week.
Buckeye Huddle will have more on the commitment of Max LeBlanc coming up.
