Last Friday night in front of a packed house and nationally televised audience, two Georgia powerhouse programs in Langston Hughes and Carrollton went head to head.
The game was an exciting one, as Langston Hughes scored with 1:11 left to take a 39-34 lead and then made a stop at the goal line to seal the victory. Maybe even more exciting, at least for recruitniks, was watching two five-star caliber players go head-to-head in the teams’ quarterbacks, Prentiss “Air” Noland (Langston Hughes) and newly minted USC 2026 commit Julian “JuJu” Lewis (Carrollton).
