Ohio State has now filled out their 2027 and 2028 non-conference football schedules with the additions of New Hampshire in 2027 and Northern Illinois in 2028.
New Hampshire is Ohio State head coach Ryan Day’s alma mater. They are an FCS school and this will be their first-ever meeting with the Buckeyes. Ohio State and Northern Illinois have met twice before, with the Buckeyes winning 20-13 in 2015 and 35-12 in 2006.
The 2027 and 2028 non-conference schedules also feature a home-and-home with Alabama. The Buckeyes will host the Crimson Tide in 2027, then travel to Tuscaloosa in 2028.
In more timely news, the 2024 Big Ten schedule featuring all 18 teams could be dropping at any point in the next few weeks.
