Ohio State fourth-year junior running back Miyan Williams announced on Monday that he is entering the 2024 NFL Draft.
Williams posted his announcement on social media.

Williams took part in Ohio State’s Senior Day festivities prior to the final home game against Minnesota this year. The 2023 season was a frustrating one for Williams as he dealt with injuries throughout the year.
Williams rushed for just 158 yards on 49 carries this season, scoring three times. It was a far cry from his redshirt sophomore year of 2022 when he led the Buckeyes in rushing with 825 yards on 128 attempts. He scored 14 touchdowns last season, tying receiver Marvin Harrison, Jr. for the team lead in that category.
Williams has rushed for 1,555 yards in his career, averaging 6 yards per carry. He scored 20 touchdowns as a Buckeye.
Ohio State has now lost two running backs from the 2023 team, as redshirt sophomore Evan Pryor announced his intention to enter the transfer portal.
The Buckeyes now await an NFL decision from leading rusher TreVeyon Henderson, who has rushed for 854 yards and 11 touchdowns this season.
