Ohio State’s monster recruiting run continued on Sunday afternoon as the Buckeyes have landed five-star cornerback Na’eem Offord who is in town this weekend on a multi-day unofficial visit.
The 6-foot-1, 185-pound prospect out of Birmingham (AL) Parker gives Ohio State the number one and number two ranked cornerback prospects in the 2025 recruiting class, joining Houston (TX) North Shore star Devin Sanchez. The Buckeyes also have the No. 10 cornerback in Baltimore (MD) St. Frances Academy standout Blake Woody, setting up to be perhaps the best cornerback haul in program history.
Offord brought numerous members of his family on the unofficial visit to Columbus this weekend and chooses the Buckeyes over Auburn, Miami (FL), Tennessee, and many others to become commitment No. 8 in Ohio State’s 2025 recruiting class.
Different services have different opinions on who is the top cornerback in the 2025 class nationally but both Offord and Sanchez hold the No. 1 spot with at least one service and the two are listed as 1 and 2 in the industry composite rankings.
The Buckeyes are once again in the Top 5 of the recruiting rankings so far and may have their best chance yet at signing the top class in the nation.
