Tight end Brody Lennon has committed to Ohio State.
Lennon (6-4 220) attends Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, Ohio where he caught 32 passes for 750 yards and 11 touchdowns last year as a junior. He also posted 95 tackles, 30 tackles for loss, and 13 sacks at defensive end.
Lennon is ranked the No. 41 tight end in the 2025 class per the 247Sports Composite and the No. 853 player overall.
The Buckeyes offered Lennon following a camp performance earlier in the month. He took his official visit to Ohio State this weekend and didn’t need to waste any time in offering up his verbal commitment.
Lennon committed to Ohio State over offers from Penn State, Purdue, Pittsburgh, West Virginia, Michigan State, Missouri, Kentucky, and others.
On the field, Lennon will line up as an H-back, as a flex tight end, and on the line of scrimmage. He is frequently used to run screens because of his ability to pick up yards after the catch. Lennon reports a 4.52 40-yard dash time.
The Buckeyes now have two tight ends committed in their 2025 recruiting class. Brody Lennon joins Washington, Oklahoma prospect Nate Roberts. Roberts (6-4 235) is ranked the No. 11 tight end in the nation.
