The Ohio State football team is now more than halfway through its 25 practices this month, and some of the Buckeyes’ remaining positional battles are starting to get settled.
Thursday afternoon, Ryan Day announced that Will Howard would be Ohio State’s starting quarterback this fall, although the battle for the backup spot was still up in the air.
