What I Know, What I Think, What I Wonder — Post-Spring Offense Edition

I know that Lincoln Kienholz is just gonna keep working. It’s all he’s ever done since he got here. He knew it was going to take time for him. More quarterbacks need to live in reality. It would make for happier coaches. And possibly happier quarterbacks.

I think the Buckeyes can sign more WRs than they normally do or even go into the portal. Next year, the 2022 class would have been seniors. They’re all gone. You’ve got to make up for the numbers somewhere. Brian Hartline has signed four with an 85-man limit before. No harm in signing five or six (be it HS or transfer) with a 105-man limit.

I wonder what kind of situation and head coach would welcome in Nico Iamaleava. Bill Belichick used to bring in crazy dudes, but they could handle it because of the program culture. Players would somewhat fall in line or be out. But then you also had programs like Cincinnati where if you didn’t punch a horse today are you even a real Bengal?

I know that it is fun to watch Mylan Graham look like the 5-star recruit that he was. We didn’t get to see it last year but it’s showing up now. He’s no longer just a ridiculous athlete who plays receiver. He’s becoming a technician. His route running right now is creating more space than a dude who vomits on a bus.
