The game time for the Buckeyes and Irish has been released.
Ohio State and Notre Dame are now unsurprisingly set for a 7:30 pm kickoff on Saturday, September 23. Like every Irish home game, the contest will air on NBC and Peacock.
The game is the final meeting in a home-and-home contract the two universities signed. Ohio State won last year’s game 21-10 in Columbus.
This will also be the Buckeyes’ last non-conference regular-season game against a Power 5 opponent until the 2025 season.
Ohio State and Notre Dame have met just seven times in history, with Ohio State winning the last five. Notre Dame won the first two meetings, with those games taking place in 1935 and 1936.
The Irish and Buckeyes have also played twice in bowl games, with OSU winning both, nearly 10 years apart to the day.
The last time a game between these two teams was decided by 10 points or less was 1936, when Notre Dame beat the Buckeyes 7-2 in South Bend.

Ohio State has two other kick times known, as it was previously announced that the Michigan game would be a 12:00 pm kick on FOX, and the November 11 home game against Michigan State would be a 7:30 kickoff on NBC.
