Ohio State sophomore forward Sean Stewart is entering the transfer portal according to multiple reports. Today was the last day to enter the portal.
Stewart transferred in last year from Duke.
Stewart started 30 games for the Buckeyes this past season, scoring 5.7 points per game and pulling down 5.8 rebounds per game. As a freshman at Duke, scored 2.6 points per game.
Stewart’s departure leaves a void in the paint for the Buckeyes, who also lost post players Aaron Bradshaw and Austin Parks to the portal. Ohio State has added Wright State power forward Brandon Noel and Santa Clara center Christoph Tilly.
The Buckeyes have also added former Indiana point guard Gabe Cupps.
