Full 2025 Ohio State Football Schedule Now Set

The Big Ten has released the 2025 conference football schedule, which means Ohio State’s full 2025 schedule is now known.

The Buckeyes won’t leave home until late September, but will have just one stop back in Ohio Stadium over the course of October.

After Ohio State’s September 13 home game against Ohio University, the Buckeyes will be home just once until November 1.

The season will certainly begin with a bang, as the home-and-home series with Texas finally begins. It will mark the 20th year since the two programs last began a home-and-home series. The teams split that series with each squad winning on the road.

After tilts with Grambling and Ohio, the Buckeyes get their first of two off weeks before heading on the road to face Washington. This will be Ohio State’s first trip to Seattle since a 33-14 win in 2007. The Buckeyes lead this series 9-3, and only one of those matchups has taken place in a bowl game (2019 Rose Bowl, OSU 28-Washington 23). Ohio State is 4-2 all-time at Washington.

The Buckeyes then sneak in a home game against Minnesota before heading out onto the road to face other former Big Ten West foes Illinois and Wisconsin.

Ohio State will then get to enjoy an off week after their trip to Madison. This will allow them to heal up and then get ready for a home game against Penn State. Following that is the always sketchy trip to Purdue. The Buckeyes then wrap their home schedule up with UCLA and Rutgers before traveling to Ann Arbor for the annual matchup against Michigan.

Here is the full slate for next season.
