Ohio State’s visitor list for the upcoming game against Minnesota is getting more interesting by the day. On Tuesday evening, BuckeyeHuddle.com confirmed with Carrollton (GA) star quarterback Julian Lewis that he will be on campus Saturday for an unofficial visit.
Lewis, a USC pledge, is considered the No. 1 overall prospect in the 2026 recruiting class. Despite the early commitment to the Trojans, programs such as Alabama, Ohio State, and many others have continued to pursue the consensus number one prospect.
Lewis continues a steady flow of elite class of 2026 quarterback prospects through Columbus in recent weeks. The Buckeyes hosted the consensus No. 2 quarterback prospect in 2026 last weekend in Nashville (TN) Christian product Jared Curtis as well as Tampa (FL) Jesuit star Will Griffin who is considered a Top 10 quarterback in the 2026 class.
With Air Noland and Tavien St. Clair locked up in the 2024 and 2025 classes respectively, Corey Dennis, Ryan Day, and Co. have an abundance of time to evaluate some very intriguing quarterback options in a loaded 2026 class nationally.
