The Ohio State Buckeyes opened the 2023 college football season with a 23-3 road win over the Indiana Hoosiers.
The game wasn’t exactly a work of art, but it was a conference win.
Kyle McCord made his first start since the 2021 Akron game, and led the Buckeyes on two touchdown drives.
Jim Knowles’ defense held the Hoosiers to just 2.2 yards per run, and less than four yards per pass attempt.
