I'm happy for him. I think he's got loads of talent and honestly Day hasn't been having him call games so I don't blame him.

This is however an opportunity for Day to make a splash hire to really bolster this staff. Change in offense isn't the worst thing given the stagnation we've seen.

As much as you have to respect Wilson's experience he brings to the table. This is an opportunity for Day to reevaluate his staff and make some changes that could have a major impact.

Does Day promote in house the OC duties? We know Day calls the plays himself.

Could he make a major splash and hire someone that is dynamic in calling plays, that would allow Ryan to focus more on the overall team?

As much as I hate to see Wilson leave, I believe this is an opportunity to get better.
