As much as you have to respect Wilson's experience he brings to the table. This is an opportunity for Day to reevaluate his staff and make some changes that could have a major impact.

Does Day promote in house the OC duties? We know Day calls the plays himself.

Could he make a major splash and hire someone that is dynamic in calling plays, that would allow Ryan to focus more on the overall team?

As much as I hate to see Wilson leave, I believe this is an opportunity to get better.
